CONCRETE FOUNDATION: Operations Manager

Local commercial projects include layout, footings, walls (using Symons forms), and rebar installation. Expected Skillset:

Proficient in reading blueprints, rebar, and steel shop drawings
Will be leading the foundation operation, including invoice approval, shop drawing assessment, timecard review, and providing oversight of foundation crew(s).
Vehicle, cell phone, and tools will be provided
Ability to navigate iPad or computer to review drawings, complete daily reports, email, etc.
Requires good communication skills to work with Peak Concrete’s General Manager, Project Superintendents, material suppliers, crew members, and customers.
Ability to schedule and manage daily operations of 15-20 people.
Position is full-time
Pay is dependent on experience and skill

CONCRETE FOUNDATION: Superintendent Foreman

Seeking experienced Superintendent/Foreman in concrete foundations for commercial projects.

Must have experience with layout, footings, walls (Symons forms), and rebar installation
Will be leading a crew of 10-15 people
Proficient in reading blueprints, rebar, and steel shop drawings
Vehicle, cell phone, and tools will be provided
Ability to navigate iPad or computer to review drawings, complete daily reports, email, etc.
Requires good communication skills to work with the Operations Manager, Project Superintendents, material suppliers, crew members, and customers.
Position is full-time
Pay: $35–$40.00/hr

CONCRETE FOUNDATION: Formsetter

Prefer experience setting footings, Symons wall forms, and tying rebar. Must have your own transportation and hand tools. Preferred 5-years of experience and valid driver’s license. Full-time position. Pay is based on experience.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with weekend availability

CONCRETE FLATWORK: Superintendent/Foreman

Commercial projects include layout, site work, slabs (hand screed and laser screed), pour/finish, and rebar installation.

Will be leading a crew of 10-15 people
Proficient in reading blueprints, rebar, and steel shop drawings
Vehicle, cell phone, and tools will be provided
Ability to navigate iPad or computer to review drawings, complete daily reports, email, etc.
Requires good communication skills to work with the Operations Manager, Project Superintendents, material suppliers, crew members, and customers.

CONCRETE FLATWORK: Flatworker

Seeking experienced Foundation Flatworker to set curb & gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, and building slabs. Must have your own transportation and hand tools. Preferred 5-years of experience and valid driver’s license. Full-time position. Pay is based on experience.
